Jonathan is lead of the Allianz SANS CyberTalent program which is an educational project which aims to address the skills gap in cybersecurity. He also leads the education activities of Charter of Trust. With a broad security background, at metafinanz, he is responsible for various resilience related projects as well as running crisis management exercises.

Omer is the Head of Customer Success & Services at Cytactic. With specialized expertise in AI, cybersecurity, and privacy, he possesses a profound understanding of the legal dimensions of technology. Before joining Cytactic, Omer worked at a leading international law firm, guiding clients through complex cyber crisis incidents and navigating cybersecurity and privacy regulations. At Cytactic, he has skillfully managed cyber crises, prepared various organizations for cyber incidents, and delivered targeted lectures and exercises for C-level executives. Omer holds an LL.B. focused on technology and an M.A. in Cyber, Politics & Government, graduating with honors from Tel Aviv University. His academic endeavors have included significant research and teaching roles at prestigious institutions.

Ariel has been working in the cyber security industry for the past several years, first at the cyber team at EY Israel and now at Sygnia. Prior to that, he spent many years as a government employee, managing complex projects, on a global scale and in various fields. Ariel holds an EMBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Kai has worked in a wide range of IT security roles for more than 15 years, with particular expertise in industrial control systems (ICS) and incident response. Currently, he is the Director of Global Incident Response Services at Dragos, Inc., where he leads a team of ICS incident responders and threat hunters. Kai is a Certified Instructor for the SANS course ICS515: ICS Active Defense and Incident Response and holds the GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID) certification. Kai has handled many ICS incident response cases throughout his career. Of particular note is his work relating to the unprecedented Stuxnet malware incident in 2010. He has a master's degree in computer science, as well as a master’s in English and American literature from the University of Siegen. Kai was the 2019 recipient of the SANS ICS Cybersecurity Difference Maker Award in the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region.

Mareike Redder ist seit 2022 bei der TRIOVEGA GmbH für das Produktmanagement verantwortlich. Vor ihrer jetzigen Tätigkeit war sie über 4 Jahre als Account- und Projektmanagerin bei TRIOVEGA tätig. Mareike Redder hat zuvor in verschiedenen Branchen wie der Energieversorgung, der Flugzeugindustrie und der Sanitär- und Heizungstechnik gearbeitet. Dort konnte sie ihr Wissen über die Herausforderungen in der Produktion aufbauen.

Roee directs Opus Security's Go to Market strategy in Munich, drawing on his extensive experience as Telefónica Germany's Cyber Security Engineering Lead. A seasoned expert in security architecture, he has effectively led transformative initiatives and cross-functional teams to enhance IT security. His notable career includes impactful roles at Allianz, Fortscale, and the Israeli Air Force, significantly advancing cybersecurity practices and infrastructure.

At Accesa, Vasile manages the portfolio of Cybersecurity services, Managed Operations and Quality Management. In the current context of the Cybersecurity challenges, his role is to keep up with the market trends and threats, industry and customer's needs, to support mid-sized and enterprise companies in scaling their security measures.
